NUEVA BANDA: DE LA MUERTE !
Bio
De La Muerte is a project born in January 2014 from Gianluca Quinto (co-founder of the italian band Solisia) on guitars and Gianluca Mastrangelo (from the prog band Muja, opening act for Kee Marcello and Vinnie Moore) as voice of the band.
They laid down the first idea and decided to involve into the project Luca Ciccotti (from the prog metallers Karnya, Turbulence and former member of Infinita Symphonia) on drums, Christian D’Alessandro on guitars and Claudio Michelacci on bass.
Simon Ciccotti (drummer for the Daniele Liverani’s Fantasia and the Lebanese band “Turbulence”) will join the band in the studio as special guest on few tunes.
Charmed by the mexican “Nuestra Señora de la Santa Muerte” cult the whole band has chosen to draw inspiration from heavy metal and hard rock classics mixing it with some southern taste and their progressive metal background.
In a few months the band wrote 10 tracks.
In August 2014 they recorded their first LP at the Simone Mularoni’s Domination Studio and shoot the music video for the track “Silver Bullet”.
In December 2014 they signed a record deal with Bakerteam Records and they first self titled LP was released on 31 march 2015.
